SHIPPING/ PROCESSING 

 It may take between 1- 3 business days for processing .All of our orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Saturday ) PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON’T ship on Sunday. 

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note that due to certain US and International Holidays, orders may take longer to ship

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The rate to ship to international countries is based on the weight of your order and the dimensions of the box needed to ship it. This rate will be presented at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed Should the package be refused by the customer due to customs, the order will not be refunded

International orders typically arrive between 7 to 15 working days.

 

If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office so that they can investigate this for you.

Return/Exchanges

We DO NOT ACCEPT Returns, or Cancellations. Pleases read the description of the item before purchasing.

 

We will ONLY give you a full refund if your item does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final.

 

     If you receive an item that is damaged/wrong please contact our customer care team within 3days of receiving your order.

 

  • You have 3 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a exchange.
  • Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All custom or personalized , are FINAL To complete your Exchange , we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied. Please return it in the way you received with original packaging. Shortly after, you will receive a refund if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well. 

 

CANCELED ORDERS • We will only be able to cancel your order if merchandise haven’t been  mailed off yet.  

LOST ORDERS • If you haven’t received your order after tracking states delivered. 

Please Call or Visit Your local Post Office 

we are NOT responsible for any lost or Damaged items once the merchandise leaves our shop. 

Belle L Bella is not responsible for any Stolen, Lost, Or Damaged Packages. Please ensure that you have given the correct address. Our shop cant not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses ONCE THE MERCHANDISE IS SHIPPED. 

Address change is only Acceptable if item haven’t been mailed off yet.
